End of the week, school started monday, a mother's task like wonder woman is magic. Typical Filipina Nanay or mother, with no maid or dama on the side is magic. Why I said so? Let me share to you what I do today. Like before I always at the kitchen started to wake up at five in the morning, preparing all the kids needs. Checking the fridge what to cook for breakfast.
Almost all day kids at school, so need to think what is the best for them so that they think well to be smart at school.
Adobong Pusit (Squid Adobo)
Squid is good for the body low cholesterol lots of iodine, and my family favorite menu is Adobong Pusit. Easy to prepare, you just need...
*1/2 kilo of Squid good for 4 people
- Soysauce
- Vinegar
- Onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Seasoning
- Oil
How to Cook
Heat the pan, pour a little amount of oil, then saute the garlic, onion and garlic until it becomes golden brown. Then add the Squid, mix well then put soysauce and wait until cook. After that you may added the vinegar.
Filipino's are well known for their kindness and giving, neighbor gave us Suman or rice cake and perfect for dessert or recess at school.
After preparing kids to school, wash the dishes, next is cleaning the house and backyard, then washing clothes.
After then back again at the kitchen preparing for launch. This time I prepared Ginataang Tulingan or Tuna fish with coconut milk . You need only...

How To Cook
Easy to prepared this recipe, just put all the ingredients at the pot, Fish, ginger, coconut milk, eggplant , chili, salt or fish sauce. Covered, boilef until it cooked well.
