ULOG: Jackfruit in our backyard
Good day steemians!!!
As I have walked in our backyard early this morning, I am surprised to see that our jack fruit trees yield a fruit and it looks ripe already.
My mom usually cooked the jack fruit as special dishes and dessert for the family.
Jack fruit is starchy and fibrous and also a source of dietary fiber . According to the book source, it contains moderate levels of vitamin C and potassium, with no other nutrients in significant content.
