Ulog for 5/22/2018 : Fresh Crabs from Market to Kitchen
Hello, good day!
Early this morning, I decided to wake up as early as I can, because I want to go to the market and have the first buyer of fresh seafoods and other vegetables too. Even though, I don't have any recipe in my mind to prepare for lunch, I'm just looking for fresh ones to be our lunch.
After getting to the market place, I've search for every corners to find new arrived and fresh seafoods. I saw some that are good but these crabs caught my attention.
I immediately bought for about a kilo and a half because that what my budget allowed me to buy hahaha.
I cooked it with a special sauce that I usually make everytime I have fresh crabs to cook. The taste is somewhat sweet and spicy.
My family enjoyed it well. But, I ate in a moderate mode since I have a high blood pressure. I drink pineapple juice also to fight any symptoms of it.
