I am too lazy too
I don’t even use a cleanser
Just the soap I bathe with goes on my face too

Having said that, like you I have very dry skin. So I do use moisturiser or there’d be unsightly dry patches on my face and snake scales on my legs 🤦🏽‍♀️
So for my face I use the Simple moisturiser, yes a little more expensive than your loot (that’s like super cheap for all of that!)
but it does it’s job and I am good
