Not seeing an error tab.
I checked and it doesnt appear that i couldve hit cancel by mistake, i sure didnt confirm a cancel by accident.
I do know my post didnt post, and its gone.
What is the deal wth the interaction between the autocorrect and the editor?
Sometimes i jump to the middle of somewhere else, then i have to backtrack and correct the errors.
It is the same using the editor on steemit.
I finally gave up and now use markdown.
But even using markdown on steempeak i got this error.

Maybe i should disclose that i am on an android tablet?
Ops, this was a problem with the night mode (not related to the tablet). Disable the night mode and the tab will be there :)

Yes! You were right.
My post was there and it appears that the error was mine.
I had a capital letter on my first tag.
Ive got the post rescheduled for tomorrow morning.
I will start putting out supportive posts when that one posts.

We are aware of that problem, and in the upcoming release the capital letters on tags will be automatically changed to lower case.
I'm the main developer (and also the only developer until recently) but there are others member of the team that help with the project. Recently some new developers are joining as the project is getting more interest from the community.
