TUMIS FLOWER OF PEPAYA-UDANG

Ingredients :

250 gr papaya flowers
100 gr fresh shrimp
3 onion cloves
3 garlic cloves
5 pieces of red chili
3 pieces of devil cayenne
1 green tomato
1 segment of ginger
1 segment of galangal
to taste Salt
to taste Java Sugar
enough soy sauce

Steps:

  1. Boil the water, wait until it boils
