ULOG #15: BOLA -BOLANG PUSO NG SAGING OR BANANA BUD MOCK MEATBALLS FOR LUNCH

Since im craving for this food which is bola - bola made from banana blossom. My mother did the preparation and I'm the one who finish her work which is the cooking..

I decided to make it flat and oblong shape bola - bola because we didn't have enough oil to use, to follow the round and circle shape bola - bola.

Good thing that we have a banana here in our land, we will not buy it anymore to make bola - bola.. It's just here in our backyard. :)
