ULOG: 14 "Proven False Documents for Submitting Credit, Two Women Sentenced to 2.5 Years"

The panel of judges led by I Wayan Kawisada imprisoned for two years and six months (2.5 years) for the defendants Ni Wayan Arini (48) and Ni Wayan Rusi Purnama Dewi (31).

Therefore, the defendants were declared to have been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a crime together to falsify, as the first indictment.
The two defendants were charged under Article 263 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
"Judge, imprison each of the defendants for two years and six months (2.5 years), reduced as long as the defendants are in detention," said the Chief Judge, I Wayan Kawisada.
Also, in the ruling the panel of judges firstly parses aggravating and mitigating matters as a consideration.
It is burdensome, the actions of the defendants unsettled the public.
It alleviates, both are polite, have never been punished and regret their actions.
"The defendants have returned the loss of the victim's witness while detained at USD 35,560 " Chief Justice I Wayan Kawisada said.

The two defendants committed fraud from July 18, 2014 to November 25, 2014.
