Good day everyone, welcome to my bery first #ulog by @surpassinggoogle. It’s another great opportunity for everyone to share our daily #ulogs to steemit community.
My first #ulog is all about my adventure escapade at Bayawan City with amazing people.
This escapade is not just to visit Bayawan and enjoy the place, but to join with the community development activities under @walkofhope movements and to meet with amazing people like @flabbergast-art, @tataydagsa and @jezmacher.
On going renovation of a small showtoom for artworks, where we slept!

With the help of @flabbergast-art initiative and @tataydagsa, this place is debeloped to showcase the artworks of locals.
I visited place to be part of this movement. I learned a lot of things actually, i met amazing people and i am part of their movements, helping the community through art works and activities.
Taste the delecious “Balbakwa or Balbacua” at the boulevard.
Balbacua came from the word barbacua, originally its a hard boiled ox tail and slowly cooked. But today, Balbacua is made of Pig tail and feet.

One bowl of balbacua is good enough to fill your emty stomach. Bayawan has the longest boulevard in town, where you can find different food houses, restaurant and street food stall selling different types of foods. One of the food is balbacua.
First time to taste it and its delecious. You can eat it with rice or without rice actually.
Taste the coco cider for the first time
Coco cider is made of coconut zap, the process is the dame with apple cider and its fermentation. But it taste more delecious and nutritious than apple cider.

This coco cider is one of the bayawanons local products, it still under development. It is not yet in the wide market for sell, but most local in bayawans knows about it and they are patronizing their own products.
Whenever you will visit Bayawan, take time to visit tatay dagsa place as i mentioned above. Tatay Dagsa is very wellknown in the place. Once you get thereyou will meet @flabbergast-art as well and learn their advocacy. And they will take you to where you can eat balbacua and where to buy coco cider.
good post, hopefully you can continue success in steemit, and get support from @surpassinggoogle
