ULOG ENTRY #02 ~ Happiness starts with yourself 😘

Many people nowadays rely with other people to be happy, and I admit I always depend on other poeple specifically my friends, family and etc. to be happy. But then I realise that happiness should come from yourself first because not all the time the friends that you’ve been counting on will be around everytime you need them. This realisation hits me when I was in Manila and I was left alone the whole day on a rainy Sunday. At first I was so down that I don’t wanna get out of bed because I was too afraid to go out and that I don’t have someone with me. But then a few hours later I’ve decided to make my day memorable and i shouldn’t think of a negative thing so that I could enjoy the place and also do something memorable just with myself.

Learn how to live your life without relying on someone because being alone has a lot to offer. One example for that is you can do whatever you want without their approval or not hesitating to do something cause they might judge you.

Traveling alone is a lot of fun but it’s a lot of fun when you’re with someone you’re comfortable with 🤗😉
