Specialising one job is better than doing many jobs.
Specialising does not mean knowing only one job.
It simply means doing many but majoring in one specific.
I am a pharmacist in specialisation but I also steem.
I have seen people who want to do many things at the same time.
This limits the success of each of the activities.
Better you give service to one, and others become a by the way.
For example students who give much time to their mobile devices while in class tend to use much knowledge that some may miss out one.
But this woman specialises on her shop and as you can see she is succeeding.
Her shop is looking nice, we'll stocked for retail.
So as a pharmacist I need to give much time to my clinic but also I need to steem, to increase my knowledge and opportunities.
So while we specialise, we also need to try out many things to improve our skills and see what benefits most.
