Bright UFO is filmed in Russia shifting across the sky

And this is the case of the video below, which shows an unidentified flying object, first emitting a glow and then 'erasing', which seems to be true, so why not post here for reader appreciation?

"This UFO was filmed by us in the afternoon, in the city of Tyumen, Russia, on August 19.

Watching the sky, suddenly at a distance of about 2 km there was a bright light coming towards us. The bright white plasma emanated from a dark disk-shaped object, and then it became brighter and covered the entire UFO.

Then the plasma began to grow weaker and the oval silhouette appeared very small; So when the lights went out, the spherical object materialized three times larger."
