"Rather Vague and Broad"
From what i read at @darsico (sad to see you go) @tipu is ending the service because the EU is doing its utmost best to make sure only giant tech companies can make more than half a dollar per week on anything at all ?
If i understand @tipu, they would need a license to simply provide delegated returns ... so i'm left wondering what happens to "i get a virtual dollarcent thats worth nothing until i sell it at a 60% loss + VAT" for making a post ?
They're really going for Cosa Nostra -the second edition, arent they ?
Rather Vague and Broad
well that's a surprise ....

"Definitional problems are key, given that crypto assets can cover many different realities. Is it a security, a commodity, a currency, a means of payment, or simply a token? The definition provided in the EU’s MiCA Article 3.1(5)
‘a digital representation of a value or of aright that is able to be transferred and stored electronically, using distributed ledger or similar technology
’
is rather vague and broad.
It certainly requires further clarification, as was highlighted by the European Central Bank(ECB)
. But the question is: can a clear definition be made with a still evolving technology? And would a clear definition stifle innovation?"
So this is unclear ... i have no idea wether i should be posting or not, from what i see it relates mostly to "issuers" i dont read anything about holders there
but i do expect absurdness ...
Hence and forth let it be known ?
DAFUK IS UP WITH THIS SHIT I DONT GET ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND I DIDNT EVEN HEAR ABOUT IT until now
...
also ... "groendal" is really the last thing thats keeping me busy atm
