hiiii sorry to hear bu yeah i can relate when it rains it pours started suffering digestive problems last year about this time got really serious my body was going crazy i cant tell ya the system here is slow got to the emergency was told waiting time 14 hrs take a number not what you want to hear so i went home. started researching end of story ceylon cinnamon 1tsp every morning in my oatmeal ... no more upper lower stomach back even pains ive had for years are gone cant believe the swiss got it right! yeah also changes down sizing my vms finally sunset the site barely any one visited the small stuff went to the other site for now.
