   For us Belgians, this issue is even worse.
   
   Sites don't just regionalize or translate to 'my' language, they randomly do this to 'one of the' languages of Belgium. And we've got 4 of those.
   
   This can depend on a variety and mix of things, from geoip location, to language settings, to nationality detection and more.
   
   For me, because I live in an area that's equally close to the 3 main language regions AND 3 country borders, it can switch between Dutch, French, German and English on the same damn site depending on what IP or time of day I login to a site.
   
   And this on sites that actually do offer you the ability to SET your preferred language, but for some reason, sites like YouTube think they know better than you what language you prefer.
