2.5 million unused accounts on Twitter!
It has been reported that there are no tweets from Twitter about 2.5 billion accounts. This information was reported from a US Securities and Exchange Commission report.
Twitter has never tweeted about 28 million accounts in 284 million accounts. A report from ValueWatch suggests that these unused accounts can be 8 percent and they can be either managed by robots or spam.
For Twitter users who are using Twitter, they are trying to identify and close these accounts. It is assumed that these unused accounts may be launched through those who use Twitter through mobile applications. On Twitter, about 5 percent of the accounts were not used after every month.
The SEC called on Twitter to look into these data further. The report further states that unused accounts are mostly opened with mobile apps or software. But these accounts were not opened directly using Twitter. About 11 percent of Twitter users use twitter via different software such as tuitdek or hooksweet.
