We Are All Healers - First Heal Yourself

Each of us is a healer. We each have the capacity to heal others, and we must also remember to take the time to heal ourselves! By replenishing our own energy, we have more to give to others and can be more effective and compassionate in our healing practices.

The singing bowl healing ceremony by @black_swan_temple last night was a beautiful chance for me to replenish my energy and reestablish my connection to myself and to Source. Thank you to Heather and Donny for a magical evening!
