Yes, they are real. Its a bot that checks that people aren't just nicking other people's stuff (you weren't flagged, probably, just an automatic thing). Put a link on your website to your steemit account. Try not to copy and paste from your previous posts on other sites. Try to post new things or twists on what you have done before. Yes, it can affect your rep if you don't pay attention. But you are original, so don't fret too much. :)

Edit: post new stuff on steemit first, then link to it from your site, or wait 7 days then post on your website. :)
