Is this what fascists do?

Clean up corrupt organizations that would gladly pay him off instead.

Or is it mean to hold government-like organizations accountable and not keep all of their employees in jobs like other socialists would?

It's like Trump is the disinfectant for corruption as the entire world scrambles now that he's stepping back into power.
