Trump not happy with media coverage of tax reform bill

President Donald Trump today expressed his unhappiness over the media coverage of his landmark tax reform bill passed in the US Senate, saying the "Fake News" was working overtime to "demean" the package.

The Senate approved the $1.5 trillion tax bill, which includes permanent tax break for corporations and temporary tax cuts for individuals, by a final vote of 51-48.

Trump, who is on the cusp of a major legislative victory, said the bill would unleash a new economic development in the country.

Trump in a tweet announced to hold a news conference at about 1 pm (local time) subject to final vote by the House.

The United States Senate just passed the biggest in history Tax Cut and Reform Bill. Terrible Individual Mandate (ObamaCare) Repealed," Trump said in another tweet soon after the Senate's passage of the bill.

Of course he doesn't, apparently the media is upset with Americans having more spending power rather than the government to the tune of 1.5+ trillion dollars. The last time the government gave that kind of payout oddly there was very little to become of it because it was laundered in the bailout to political interests such as union execs and party donors that loaded political coffers for one of the most divisive presidential elections ever in 2016.
