How's your fitness program going?

Going well so far. I’m going to an indoor track (yuck slushy weather bouncing around freezing temp) for walking laps every day and going to the gym on alternate days. Mostly aerobic there, but slowly adding more weight work.

Slowly adding the weight, reps and sets is a wise idea, regardless of age. Don't burn yourself out with too much aerobics; twenty minutes does wonders for the cardio vascular system :>)
