Just a tip for you :

I also use Zbrush for my art, so I advise you to make the model in a neutral pose first, like a T-Pose or A-Pose.

Like those :

It makes it much easier to sculpt - since you'll be able to safely use symmetry mode and thus saving half the time - and you can then use Transpose master to then pose your character to whatever position you might want.

Don't forget that, as an artist, you might have different ideas on your project, ideas just sprout out of nowhere~
