IOU market - a trade coins ,buying by traders in ICO time and is not having network . Until today, trading tokens such it was not possible (no network - not working I / O) . But today everything has changed.

Liqui team found a solution : if a trader / investor participates in the ICO is not on the line ,and through Liqui platform (all transaction id developers purse provided of course) - they can charge the balance of his respective coins immediately after presale.

Thus the bidding starts in a few hours after the ICO and there is no need to wait for developers to release coins network ( sometimes for months ) .Or you can simply keep these tokens on the balance exchange ( as is the case in any ICO) and after the release of the network - to withdraw . When the network is running - IOU box disappears from the relevant trade pairs and then the pair begins to function as a normal coin .

As it is technically implemented?

Liqui did not have time to implement an application for participation in the ICO in exchangeThis will be done in a few weeks .
But today you can take part in the first IOU market - and within 5 days to get their tokens on Liqui ANS balance.

Reaction coin developers IOU market

Developers receive additional benefit from such a market .Here's why: investors , aware that at any time after the ICO can go back to of BTC , feel less risk and thus the total amount of fees may be higher.

But we understand that developers are different and some may be not satisfied / not approve trade IOU tokens . We are ready for such a reaction , but we believe ,that from our side there are no violations - we conscientiously invest in client coin money, and our customers get additional features. Therefore, developers better to focus its efforts to support the course of their coins, rather than panic ) .
