Robert Hansen is the most horrific killer in American criminal history. Robert Christian Hansen was born on February 15, 1939 in Estherville, Iowa, from Christian and Edna Hansen. Throughout his childhood and adolescence, Hansen was a quiet and aloof person, and had a dysfunctional relationship with his father who always dominated the family. She is often bullied by her friends at school because of her pimply face and stuttered speech.

On 7 December 1960, he was arrested for burning down the school bus garage belonging to the Pocahontas County Board of Education. He was detained for 20 months from a total sentence of 3 years. His wife demanded a divorce when Hansen was imprisoned. For the next few years, he was arrested several times for petty theft. In 1967, he moved to Anchorage, Alaska, with his second wife married in 1963 and blessed with two children.

In Anchorage, he became a respected figure among his neighbors and was known as a local hunting champion. In 1977, he was jailed for stealing a chainsaw, diagnosed with bipolar, and prescribed lithium medication to control his mood shift. On June 13, 1983, Cindy Paulson (17) managed to escape when Hansen was about to put Paulson into his plane. Previously, he was raped, tortured and sexually abused. Although Hansen had repeatedly dealt with the law, his good conduct and baker work with a strong alibi from his friend John Henning made him not a serious suspect. This case was closed.

Detective Glenn Flothe is part of a team that investigates the discovery of several bodies in and around Anchorage, Seward, and the Matanuska-Susitna Valley. The first body was discovered in 1981 by construction workers near Eklutna Road. The body dubbed "Eklutna Annie" by these investigators has never been identified. That same year, Joanna Messina's body was found in a gravel mine near Seward. In 1982, the remains of Sherry Morrow's body (23) were found in a shallow grave near the river Knit. Federal Bureau of Investigation agent Roy Hazelwood makes criminal psychological profiling based on the three bodies.

Hazelwood suspects the killer is a skilled hunter with low self-esteem, never rejected by women, and intends to keep a "souvenir" of the result of killing him, such as the victim's jewelry. He also suspects the killer stutters. With this profile, Flothe investigates some potential suspects until he finds Hansen matching the profile and has the plane.

On October 27, 1983, investigators found the jewelry owned by these missing people and a number of firearms in a hidden room in the attic of Hansen's house. Their biggest discovery was a flight map with small x markings hidden beneath the hedge. The x mark shows the location of Hansen's body disposal.

Can be concluded in the action conducted since 1971-1983, Hansen has killed at least 30 young women who on average harassed first. He was given a prison sentence of 461 years (whereas modern-day man age is not up to this much). Last year around 2014 Hansen died of a heart attack when he was 75 years old.
