Howdy sir rossfletcher! well that's something I haven't ever seen! Those are some big bags, very interesting and great series of shots too sir, well done!
Thank you very much! The light was exceptional so i tried to capture the strangeness of it all. I was really excited to witness it.
I've seen a tree or two here and there with some plastic over it - usually if someone is doing some spray painting - but never this much or on such tall palm trees
These shots are a few days old. We don't normally get frost at the beach here in Long Beach - although it's been very cold here lately. I think it's something to do with the big construction project.

It was daytime, a huge black cloud dropped down behind the palm trees! I've never seen anything quite like it - at least not since i started carrying a camera everywhere. The busy busy is on purpose haha! I'm trying to destroy the single object focus. Quite lofty artsy lol

It was getting closer and closer and the wind started howling so i was hurrying back to my car before it started raining... it went by me just to the side and there was light sprinkles of rain flying around. it was great : )
I like minimalism a lot too! Haven't been doing it much though

I was so excited with the weather and the light and colors. It's one of the most amazing days i have photographed - at least i think so. I'm so stupid to think i could do well here. This post earned 9 cents. 9... really? Even writing how bad it feels to post something i think is really good and earn nothing will probably just make things worse for me.
The only way I have found that works for me is to make comments on other people's posts. Often, they don't even see your photos, but if you go and make comments on their posts they are reminded to come take a look at yours. It's all about reminding people. And I find it works best for me when I make lots of comments. That way they're thinking about me and might stop by to see what I'm up to! My advice would be to be more engaging, and see if you get results from that. Today is tattoodjays Wednesday Walk. Try going to his page and make a comment on every single Wednesday walk post that he has shared. And on Friday? Make a comment on every single feathered Friday post that Keith shares. If you do that, I can almost guarantee you will get more views and more votes

Thank you! They are doing a big construction job there so maybe it's to keep the fronds from falling off. I'm not really sure.
