Hey there Steemit nature Lovers : )

Today i would like to share with you some photos from my last hiking trip in to the Alps.

It started with waking up at 4:30 AM . view from my room : 20170815_045948.jpg

With me was my brother, we had to drive for about an hour and a half to reach our starting point, and after first 10 min we reached the first mountain hut on our way where we had some breakfast. View from the hut :20170815_080954.jpg
For the next half hour the trail led us through this beautifull pine forest

Small grass field, about a hour in to our hike20170815_083420.jpg 20170815_083426.jpg
A bit higher up, the vegetation started changing, no more pine trees, just bushes and flowers .20170815_084813.jpg
A first taste of the mountains from up close

And not long after that, a first glimps of our destination in the distance

ooooh the suspense!

Ojstrica is a really nice mountain with a great view over the rest of KS Alps. I've been there in may this year and there was snow on the summit and the Kocbek hut was still closed :)

I was also up there in May i shot this video, but we only went to korošica, because i had my dog with me : ) Still a great trip ;)
