A modern mean of transport among unfinished building with some of them with bizzarre architecture. I agree it is an evident contrast. It reminds me when I lived the New Delhi. Its modern and "upper" metro surrounding by undevelopped buildings. 3600-3900 m above the sea is an altitude which I ve never experienced yet ....I should visit Latin America one day......original post and location thanks for sharing!!!
