Introduction
Welcome to the 110th edition of #traveldigest! Enjoy!
As always all posts featured here will be put on our Editors Choice Map.
Hi. It's @choogirl here. Just a few weeks ago I was talking about themes that arise when creating these posts. Well today I have another one. It seems the native German speakers are all off exploring various parts of the world. All three of our top picks are written in both English and German.
Traveldigest
#1 Aberdare National Park, Kenya
@moriartyroue starts us off today at the Aberdare National Park in Kenya, where he's hoping to catch a glimpse of his missing two of the 'Big Five'. As the rain clears and the animals come out to play, he is mindful of the diversity that nature has to offer. Watching them explore their surroundings, he almost forgets his original goal. However, he then spots three rhinoceroses together, ticking off number four on the list. Unfortunately, no leopards came out to enjoy the sunshine, so finding them will be a job for another day.

#2 Hiking in Carinthia, Austria
Next up, @bypaul takes us on his first solo hike in Carinthia in the Austrian Alps. After a delayed start he begins the 5km hike up the mountain, regretting the amount of stuff in his backpack as it becomes heavier on the accent and at altitude. As the rolling green valley below gives way to the rocky mountainside, the sound of the cowbells are replaced by the whistles of marmots alerting their families of his arrival. Eventually he reaches the rocky peak only to be disappointed that the view is obstructed by clouds.

Finally, @travelshots takes us on a tour of Phnom Penh in Cambodia. He provides the 'need to know' details about the place, such as getting around given the lack of public transport, the best areas to stay in, and what you should visit while you're there. His must-do activity is taking a river cruise, to witness first hand the contrast in wealth between the two sides of the river, which is quite striking. At the end of a long hot day, he suggests heading to Eclipse Sky Bar and grabbing a cold beer to watch the sun set over this interesting city.

Beautiful shots !
Thank you for the wonderful photo shoot on the National Park! Of course, I support your entry. I hope for reciprocity, although my record is modest and poor ... ah)))
Great post with so many wonderful links. Thank you very much;)
Your post was a strong contender @bella-volen-art, but since we just featured you the other day we thought we should give someone else a chance.
My dear, I have no competitive intentions here. It has been a blessing for me to see many beautiful places, I am just glad to share them with the community here, my website visitors and spread them through other social medias. I really enjoy all the posts you pick! Thank you for your support😊😘

The top 3 is pretty strong. I'd choose them as well :) still thank you for featuring me in honorable mentions :)
There were a lot of contenders for the top spots today. We really liked yours and it would be great if we could feature more, but unfortunately, going through all the posts pinned to the map and then creating these Travel Digests already takes up a good chunk of time already.
