Renting a room San Francisco

Living in San Francisco is pretty amazing! I have been living here on and off for about 6 years. However, let me tell you, if one thing that sucks in SF is definitely the rental market!! Over the six years I have moved about eight times. In one instance my landlord took all the mortgage money from Wells Fargo and ran away to China with the money! So yeah, I had to move out... Another instance, I found out that my landlady was a fake! She was actually renting the studio from the landlord and subleasing it to other people to make a profit! Anyway, never a dull moment that's for sure...

           Now fast forward to the present moment... I was living at a lovely house in in the outer mission area in SF. when I moved in my landlord did not tell me that he was also planning on doing airbnb with the other rooms. So two weeks in, I had to deal with airbnb people constantly coming and going. Yesterday, February 16th, 2018, I moved to a new house... guess what: my master tenant just told me that the house for is sale!! So better start looking for a new place!
