The capital of Malaysia is a favourite city break destinations of many travellers and most Asians like us. Known for its gleaming skyscrapers, Kuala Lumpur is not only about the Petronas tower. The city is filled with more beautiful sights, natural attractions, scrumptious food and charming locals. I stayed in KL for three days. And it was totally amazing.

There are a number of hotels and hostels in KL but I know it’s very difficult to find a perfect place, which is close to the main attractions and the other things. And it becomes baffling to choose the one with a good deal and best services. After a lot of research, I booked a very beautiful Designers’ Studio Apartment by Ellina, via Airbnb for just $40 (INR 2564) a night, great deal?

This beautiful apartment is in the very famous Regalia Residence which is around 50 minutes from the airport. You can easily get an Uber from the airport. The apartment is quite close to the KL City Centre and the train stations. KL City Centre or the KLCC is the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is home to the most popular landmarks in Malaysia, making it a popular tourist destination. Sightseeing to shopping and entertainment, everything’s here. So, you can enjoy a lovely evening here. However, if you don’t get time to go there. You can enjoy the skyline of Kuala Lumpur from the rooftop of Regalia. It has a super duper amazing infinity pool or should I say the coolest pool I have ever seen. And the pool entry is free for those who are staying in there.

THINGS I LOVED THE MOST

THE POOL

The pool is incredible. The picture says it all. You can spend hours relaxing here. A good place to catch some rays while relaxing on cosy lounge chairs. I think it is the most prepossessing feature. This captivating pool offers the best view of the skyline of Kuala Lumpur. And the plus point — they have a bar too. You can get some super amazing pictures here. I liked the view even more at the night. It just makes you speechless. What more can you expect in $40?

THE VIEW FROM THE APARTMENT

The apartment was ravishing and spacious. I so loved the decor of the room. It was modern and everything was kept in a beautiful manner. The view from the room left me dumbstruck. It was so alluring.

Apart from this, there was a small kitchen with all the facilities, so you can cook too. ;)
The best part is, it feels like home. You have all the basic amenities. From a beautiful workspace to a spacious wardrobe and amazing games to play.

The view and the decor give the wonderful and luxurious vibes.

THE HOST

The host is super duper friendly. I came early morning as my flight landed around 7 in the morning. And they made everything available beforehand. Made me feel so comfortable. And helped me figure out a few things. The next day I stayed at a different place by the same host and it was even more beautiful. It was one of my favourite stays till now. I will write about the second place soon!

Hence, it was a beautiful and relaxing stay. From a beauteous room with a splendid view of a super friendly host and a cool pool, everything was just so perfect. I will definitely visit them again. So, if you are looking for a luxurious experience for your forthcoming visit to Kuala Lumpur, I would highly recommend this sumptuous and spectacular place.
