Thailand: As Random as Bangkok City
Ever since I got back to Thailand I somehow became some sort of a local tour guide for my friends living in the U.K. who decided to travel to Thailand for a visit.
Which.. to be honest, is great! I got to see my friends and also got the opportunity to show them around the country I grew up in.
One of my best friend just left a few days ago ,however, we mostly stayed in Bangkok (a day trip to the beach). He was exhausted from his previous trips before coming to Thailand and I was exhausted since I just got back from Bulgaria a day before he arrived so 'just' Bangkok was the perfect plan for the both of us.
Where did we go?
- Speakeasy Rooftop bar at Muse Hotel (Hidden bar)
If you do go there..there are 2 floors to this bar. YOU MUST ask to go to the second floor which is actually hidden behind a painting where you have to go up a few small staircase which would seem abit dodgy at first...but trust me it is certainly worth it once you get there. This is by far one of my favorite places to get away and relax.
- Attitude Rooftop bar at Avani Hotel
This is a bar I recently discovered (less than a week ago) and I loved it....amazing view of the Chaophraya River and the city itself.
- Insanity Night Club
Insanity is Bangkok's most popular club to go to at the moment so do go if you have the chance. (Entry fee: 750 THB = 11-13 pounds)

- Cabbages and Condoms Restaurant
This was one of the strangest/safest (full on protection XD) restaurant I ever came across.
Yes, it truly is a restaurant decorated with condoms :)
And Don't worry they do not put condoms in your food ;)
- Wonderful Pearl : Dinner on a cruise (2 hours)
Beach day trip - Pattaya
- The Sky Gallery Pattaya
This restaurant is located right on top of a cliff, allowing you to appreciate the beautiful view of the sea right below you.
- The Glass House Pattaya
The structure of this post may seem fairly random just like Bangkok city..unpredictable and full of surprises :)
