Hahaha, they got me hooked on this too.

It is nice to get away but I do find that most of the flying I do now is to regain my status with the airline. With upgrades it probably cheaper for me to buy a business seat on sale rather than hope for an upgrade. I don't wish to do the maths.... which really makes me a fool.
