Cape Town - I Already Love You + A Bonus Picture From A Sh**thole Country

in #travel7 years ago

I’ve been in Cape Town for two days, but I’m head over heals about this place. The food, he nature and the people seems like my cup of tea!

I saw Table Mountain from my hotel room!

Roof top pool at the hotel! We stayed at a hotel the first night because our Airbnb wasn’t available until the second day of our stay. The Airbnb is awesome!

The food in this city.... WOW! It’s so good and so cheap compard to Norway! The only city I’ve visited that can compare to the food in this city i Melbourne!

This cracked me up! I walked past a store called Exclusive Books and I saw this. So funny!

I’m here for two week to work and enjoy life. The two friends that I’ve rented the Airbnb with also work remote so I’m sure we all can inspire and help each other! I’m stoked!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
My contribution in your post consists of listing the benefits and advantages of travelling.

Here are below some benefits of travelling, during your travel:

  • you learn more about other cultures
  • you taste other food
  • you become more tolerant
  • you acquire useful knowledge
  • you become more independent
  • you learn other languages.
  • more & more.

Hi! Thank you for your great reply!

I completely agree, and I firmly believe that traveling is the only thing you can buy for money that will actuallty make you richer!

The pictures of the clouds spilling over the mountains is epic! The whole place looks like a traditional shit hole that I would love to visit!

It's such a beautiful mountain. I can't wait to get to the top of it.
HAHAHHA! I know, it's pretty great. Have you been to Africa before?

That cocktail looks amazing! Do you think they could garnish mine with a bone?

Also.. if you think Melbourne is good, you should come to Perth!

HAHAH! It's cool to meet a dog here! I've never been to Perth. Is the food great there?

Is the food great there?

No bones about it!

You'll find Australian food tends to be pretty light and fresh, and relatively sophisticated. The popularity of competitive cooking shows since the early 2000s, in a country that fairly recently had only 5 TV channels, has pushed the base standard to a pretty high level.

Or so my human tells me - he travels and eats out, I just stay at home eating kibble, meat and bones.

Plus it rains a lot less in Perth than it does in Melbourne. Rain means less walkies :\

Nice pictures enjoy your weekend

Thank you! I hope you have a good Sunday.

Beautiful place and i'm gratified you could share this with all of us, lol the headline really got me

Hehehe, I just had to do that headline. :p It's pretty cool here, you should visit!

I believe there are other beautiful places in Africa

I believe so too, because I’ve been to several Africa countries. But what is your point? :)

Yes, you should visit!!

yeah definetly

I am also a Cape Town lover, this city is incredible, I especially like the road from Sea Point to Hout Bay, crossing Clifton, Camps Bay ... Hiking to the top of Lion's Head before the sunset is a very nice thing for me. And finaly, one on my favorite in summer time is the concerts in the botanic garden. Enjoy your time in Cape Town.

Sounds really, really nice. Thank you for sharing your advice. I'll make sure to check it out. Clifton and Camps Bay is on my list already. And we've thought about checking out the concerts. Thank you so much!!
