The beautiful old Rhodes town

Hey Roman here again,

today I will take you with me onto a trip through the old Rhodes town.

At first we walked through the giant palace of the grandmaster which was originally built in the late 7th century.
It was very satisfying for me to see an old building like this in such a good condition. You could definitely feel the history walking around in this place. And the best, it was for free so if you ever come to Rhodes you should really visit this interestig palace.

It was even possible to discover the corridors which lead inside the castle. But pay attention and take your flashlight with you, it is very dark in there and there are many corridors.

Here you are able to see the street of knights. My favourite aspect of this town is hat you feel like you wander through a castle all the time. There are many tight roads between walls where you can discover new things on every spot.

And for all shopping fans there were many different stores all around the town which you can see in the foreground of this picture.

There you can buy souvenirs or other beautiful often handmade stuff as a reminder of your beautiful vacation.
