Tourism in Iran

Known for being a tourist destination on the Asian continent, Iran has a variety of terrain, archaeological, tourist, historical and religious sites. It provides ready-made infrastructure for tourists, providing them with roads, transportation, hotels and restaurants. It has nearly two billion US dollars each year.

Tehran City
It is the political and administrative capital of the State of Iran, geographically located on the foothills of Iran on the southern side of the Al-Barz mountains. It is located on a long line 51.25 degrees east of the Greenwich line and 35.41 degrees north of the equator. Its area is 686.31 km², Industry such as textiles, sugar, chemicals, cement, and the tourism sector, which has a large number of tourist attractions such as:

Tower of Toogrol: Built in the twelfth century by King Tuğlul of Seljuk.
Tehran Bazaar: Contains many markets such as Abbasabad Market, located in the middle of it.
Shrine of Imam Zadeh Saleh: Built in the eighth century AD.
Milad Tower: Features its heavenly dome and high peak that reveal all areas of the city.
Sarkis Cathedral: The end of the 1960 AD was built, characterized by the occurrence of the Armenian Quarter and the surrounding churches.
