You are lucky you manage not to get hit by any debris. However this is a sad story as well.. Both party suffering for something that is Govenrment should look about it. A peaceful talk could have eliminated this and no one got hurt. Sadly in event like this Policemen don't have an option but to protect the constitution in which they got hurt as well. Vice-Versa ... This really saddened me every time I see people get hurt for the wrong cause.
Very sad for sure. It was good to hang out with the locals and see how they were feeling throughout the ordeal. Many were very educated. I made a lot of friends on that trip and I still keep in contact with them.
I experience that first hand as well here in our Country. Those protesters are very well educated person fighting for the rights of those who are small and not being heard by the government... Its really sad to say that most of the time Money rules and Money succeed in the battle...
