Raining and stormy in Udon Thani / Thailand

One week before Songkran, the weather should be hot and dry.
But today the whole day the sky was cloudy and just before Pae and me gone to cinema it started to be windy.
In cinema, the trailers and king athem just finished, the energy fall down for nearly ten minutes because of stormy weather.
After the energy was back up we could see our movie without any other disturb. But curious how it would be outsite.
