Memories of Lake Como

This is one of the most beautiful memory that I have. Lake Como is a magical place in Italy. While in Milan for 3 days we had plan this visit to Lake Como for 1 day. We had planned this visit on day 2 of our stay in Milan, but when we reached the station, got to know that there was some strike and railway services on some routes were disrupted. I thought that only happened in India, but that's not the case. It was very disappointing on that day but could not do much. I was just hoping that the next day the services start because that was the only day at hand and if I would miss that day then I would miss that place to see forever, because I was surely not going to travel here again.

Anyways next day we had an early start and reached the station and to our good luck, train services had resumed. It was crowded because of the previous day cancellations, but then we managed to get seats somehow. When I reached there the beauty of that place mesmerized me and I was telling myself, God if I would have missed this it would have been such a big loss for me.

On reaching there we got to know that there was a train which went uphill and the views were fantastic from there. It was a long line and we too got in the line.

After almost 45 minutes wait our turn arrived

After spending a good enough time there we came down again and then spent the time at the market square. There was a Cathedral also here which we visited.
