Jumeirah beach: Dubai Persian Gulf
Jumeirah beach in Dubai on the Persian Gulf is a white sandy beach with a clear warm sea even in winter.
Jumeirah means beautiful in Arabic.
The beach has every facility you could imagine. Including Camel rides.

Sometimes things take a while to make any sense.
As I watched the Camels walking up and down the beach. It occurred to me that the chap riding the lead Camel was wearing traditional clothing.
The head dress, face covering and flowing robes are perfectly adapted to life in the desert. Where sand storms can appear in seconds.
The face covering prevents you from getting a nose full of sand! And the head dress and robes protect you from the sun! Genius.
This is where tradition makes sense.
Wow, Jumeirah truly is beautiful. White sand beaches are a favorite of mine.
