This is Part 1
So as I wrote in my last post that we ended up with Kiwi.com
That engine gave us the best price to be honest and by the way we booked almost 3 months before the trip , the very next day we didnt find the same offer which means it was a pick .
Anyways, to be honest its my first time to use such airlines
What Kiwi did is ( they booked for us with 3 different airlines , we are a new passenger for each even AirAsia we took 2 flights with them , they didnt consider any of our stops as a transit , it was like a new flight to them.
So, it was me, my husband and my 2 children ..
so first we had only 4 cabin baggage 1 for each with certain dimensions and 7 kgs each. No check in
we had to ask about the stroller for my daughter since its a long trip and will it be considered as a checkin or not ...
So we had few Questions for KIWI since we didnt know the seats since we have children( we had to make sure about at least each kid is next to one of us) , no meals no entertainment and the stroller
We kept going after kiwi for more than 6 weeks for these questions and everytime it was an international call from DUbai to London to hear the same thing ( Sorry for the inconvenience mam and the relevant department will come back to you in max 72 hours )
for more than 6 weeks or even 2 months Ive been calling asking the same question
I even asked to file a complain against that relevant department that never comes with an answer and asked for a manager to speak to
they handed the manager the call and she was the (most horrible customer service with Kiwi ) so i filled a complain against her since she was telling me ( if u keep asking i will keep saying the same answer u have to wait 72 hours AGAIN ) They told me they already did and they r sorry for her attitude
What I knew later is that AirAsia wasn't replying any email to kiwi about my questions , they r slow in answering ppl and kiwi only sends emails I was begging them to CALL because my flight is soon and i need an answer ...
Finally we got some answers and after putting our stuff in the bags we thought we might need more wight and all the airlines said we will consider anything more than 7 kg as a chick in so we decided to pay 500 AED for 1 chick in bag ...
That was a BAAAAD CALL, will explain next post ....
that's a bad customer service but a great deal on the ticket. :) I do hope you enjoy the rest of your trip though. :)

Well, at the end of the trip we came out with a different outcome 😉
