YANGON ARRIVAL (-/-/-)
Day 1 Arrive at Yangon International Airport by morning flight or mid-day flight, welcome by our assigned guide. The sightseeing tour starts to CHAUK HTAT GYI, a huge reclining Buddha image and visit to BOTATHAUNG PAGODA, located close to Yangon River. Then drive through the colonial style buildings downtown, the Chinatown area and the Indian quarter.
Stop at the gilded SULE PAGODA, dating back over 2,000 years. And check in at your Hotel.
In the evening, enjoy the sunset at SHWEDAGON PAGODA, one of the world’s most spectacular religious monument. Lunch and dinner will be to your own account.

YANGON – BAGAN (B/-/-)
Day 2 After breakfast at Hotel, transfer to Yangon airport for domestic flight (Approx: 06:20- 07:40) to BAGAN. On arrival proceed on a sightseeing tour, starting with a Nyaung Oo local market, SHWEZIGON PAGODA, a prototype of real Myanmar stupa, built in 1087. Wetgyiin GU BYAUK GYI for its famous Jataka mural painting and HTILOMINLO TEMPLE for its plaster carvings and famous ANADA TEMPLE, with its four huge standing-Buddha images. Check in to your hotel.
In the afternoon, we visit the lacquer workshop in New Bagan. Sightseeing continues to MANUHA TEMPLE, built in Mon style in 1059, NANBAYA TEMPLE, a unique sandstone monument that is said to have been the palace of King Manuha, and MYINKABAR GU BYAUKGYI TEMPLE noted for its ancient mural paintings. Enjoy sunset from the terraces of SHWE SANDAW PAGODA.

BAGAN (B/-/-)
Day 3 After breakfast at Hotel, visits to TAYOKEPYAY TEMPLE in Min Nan Thu Village; PHAYA THONE ZU, NANDAMANYA TEMPLES, its interior wall are entirely decorated with fine frescoes, and KYAT KAN CAVE monastery, a famous meditation retreat in Bagan.
In the afternoon, continue by HORSE-CART to LAWKANANDA PAGOD on the river bank and the BUPAYA PAGODA, a memorable experience for the view over the Ayeyarwaddy River and the many ancient monuments which make this one of Asia’s most impressive archaeological sites.
Enjoy the sunset by SUNSET BOAT over the Ayeyarwaddy River.

BAGAN-MT. POPA-BAGAN

Day 4 After breakfast at Hotel, transfer drive to visit MOUNT POPA , 730- meter high of Popa Taungkalat, an extinct volcano with a shrine dedicated to animist spirits known as “Nats”. To reach the top of the volcanic plug with its many shrines and a monastery, one has to climb up 700 steep steps. You will enjoy the extraordinary panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
Drive on to Bagan. In the afternoon, an excursion to the nostalgic Nat Htaung Kyaung, a monastery famous for woodcarvings, built in 1781 by a group of monks. Admire the monastery's collection of ancient Buddha statues and lacquer boxes. Enjoy the sunset top of the one of the temple. Lunch and dinner will be to your own account.

BAGAN-YANGON (B/-/-)
Day 5 After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to YANGON (Approx; 09:50-11:10). Upon arrival, the better alternative for one stop shop is BOGYOKE (SCOTTS) MARKET (closed on Public Holidays and Mondays). This multi-storey market harbours more than 2,000 stores selling everying Burmese, Jade and lacquer ware stalls are particularly ubiquitous.

In the afternoon, transfer to Yangon airport for your international departure flight (evening flight).
