One rainy day in New York City! (The whole city started to shine)

When I visited New York City l for the first time last year, it rained a lot.
I thought I bumped into a bad luck.
But looking at the city in rain, my mind was changed.
It was like the whole city was becoming transparent gradually. And finally it started to shine with lights from everywhere.

Cars were sliding on the rainy roads like sleds on snow.
I guess, maybe Sivermist, the water fairy was just passing by, although I couldn't see her in my eyes.
I believe there is something which I cannot see, but I can feel.
