2nd Time in Dessert Museum | keynayntravels | Travel Blog # 10
DESSERT MUSEUM AGAIN!
This is me happily playing in a ball pit like a kid.
Hello everyone! I'll be sharing to you this time my second experience in Manila Conrad Hotel's The Dessert Museum.
I've been in this place last April of this year with my mother's side relatives and for this moment, I spent it with my younger sister, Trina.
GETTING TO CONRAD HOTEL
Manila Conrad Hotel is a lot easier to locate when you're near SM Mall of Asia. You can find a walkway from SM Mall of Asia that leads to S. Maison Hall of Conrad Hotel. It's on the upper ground level of SM and is a lot convenient than walking along the street.
During our last visit, we weren't able to walk along the pathway because I didn't know that such existed.
Anyway, when you arrive to Conrad Hotel's S. Maison Hall, you go to the other end of the mall/hotel where you can find The Dessert Museum at the lower ground.
That's my sister standing in front of The Dessert Museum.
TICKETS AND SCHEDULES
It is highly recommended for customers to book their tickets ahead to avail of their online discount. You can book at this link and you can choose your preferred time from 10:15AM - 8:30PM. Ticket prices are of the following.

You can also go there directly but you have to pay a walk-in rate of 799Php and don't forget to bring ID's for students or else you'll pay an additional 100Php.
WHAT'S INSIDE?
Since it's my sister's first time, I went with her so that she won't be alone, and someone will take pictures for her, which has always been my role.
This is Dessert Museum's Receiving area.
Kidding aside, we waited for the tour to start. We actually booked a 4PM ticket but we arrived there earlier where the staff asked if we can join the 3:45PM group. Wanting to finish early, I gladly said yes.
After we checked in, we were given a blue bracelet where you have to make sure you wear it during the whole duration of the tour inside. This serves as your ticket for your free desserts.
So the tour started at 3:45PM.
1. DONUT ROOM 🍩
This is the very first dessert room you'll enter. It has hanging sprinkled pink hard donuts so you guys should be watchful with your head.
2. MARSHMALLOW ROOM
Like the donuts, the second room is filled with white marshmallows hanging from the ceiling. It also has fondues of three flavors, milk, Strawberry and Ube. In my last visit, I was able to try strawberry so for this time, I tried ube.
3. NAUGHTY OR NICE ROOM (Candy Canes)
There are two doors you can choose from that'll lead you to the next room, the candy cane room. Pink is for the naughty, while blue is for the nice one.
Once you enter this room, you'll see large candy canes around it both in pink and blue colors.
Trina, sitting on the seesaw.
This room is not solely about candy canes. It also has the following attractions.
Shelves of balls in jars.
Heart boxes and a big replica of a lip.
You can also have one free taste of their sweet French Macarons or you can choose from their lollipops.
4. ICE CREAM ROOM
Ice cream room is a ball pit room. You can literally feel like a kid on this one like my picture above.
This room also displays a cloud of balloons attached in an ice cream cone and a painting of colorful ice creams on the side.
During my last visit, free ice cream was served on this room, but recently, they moved it to the next room.
5. GUMBALL ROOM
My sister inside a big gumball bubble.
This is the gumball room. Once we entered this room, my sister insisted of entering this big bubble but when I told her she'll be going inside with kids, she backed out. She was able to have her lone time when the kids already went out and went to the next room thus her picture.
As I have said earlier, free ice cream was given in this room. They had Mango, Avocado, which was the flavor I had previously, and Strawberry which I ate in my recent visit.
Avocado for my sister, and Strawberry for me.
6. GUMMY BEAR ROOM
Bears everywhere! On the walls, ceiling and even on the tubs, you will see bears and for the free snacks? Gummy bears!
7. COTTON CANDY ROOM
This room is filled with pink cotton candy trees surrounded by white lights.
And you'll have of course a stick of cotton candy.
8. CAKE POPS ROOM
This is the last room of the museum. It has hanging cake pops like that of a wrecking ball and you can also play hoops on the other side of this room.
It also has this artistic wall with mini cake pops around it.
Once you exit from the museum, you'll be given one cake pop and your bracelet will be taken from you.
Before you entirely move out of the museum, you'll be able to pass by their souvenir shop where you can buy loads of goodies in there.
So, there you have it guys. That has been my adventure and bonding time with my sister earlier. For more inquiries, you can ask me or visit their website given above.
Hope you'll experience it too!
