Barcelona a magical city - Let's travel together # 8
If you ask me which city I would like to live in the rest of my life, I would say Barcelona, a place where the magic of nature, the noise of tourists and the charm of the city come together to create the perfect place if you like variety
Taking a trip through the streets of Barcelona is incredible! This important city in Spain is located in the coastal area and its main income is tourism and customs thanks to the port located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
The best place to start the tour is the Plaza Catalunya, an ironic space of the city and which connects with the popular and highly crowded "Ramblas" which is a boulevard full of culture, art, shops for all tastes whether gastronomic or of fashions, and for you that you are to take a gift to your loved ones this is the perfect place, since they are beautiful and at a price accessible to the pocket of the tourist.
The boulevard de las ramblas also allows you to enjoy it as you go, enter its small surrounding streets and reach other popular places such as "El Barrio Gótico", a neighborhood with architecture from the 12th century and that exposes the area more old Barcelona giving the opportunity to photograph and learn more about the time when the big cities began their development, almost immediately we can come across the Cathedral of Barcelona which also retains its Gothic style and makes it look very beautiful from any angle that You see him.
Another place you can stop to know is the market "La Boqueria", when you ask where you can eat something typical or enjoy the cuisine of the city you will see how everyone will tell you "the place is La Boqueria" and no one is wrong, enter the view is lost among so many small posts, each with a variety of food and things to taste that two minutes and make you mouth water, my goal was to try a good Spanish paella and a sandwich or sandwich (here he calls for a bread stuffed with sausages, and tomato sauce) and for the price of € 10 I get to taste this typical dish and can say that paella is one of the most delicious meals I've ever tasted, so you know, If you are a good food and want to taste the typical things of Barcelona, the market of La Boqueria is for you.
The ramblas have the particularity that connect with the coast what a walk in the city can end in a beach stop so go prepared is never over, but this time my plan was different so take the cable car up to the mountain "Montjuic" and upon reaching the top the first impression is "Wow how impressive" the view you get from the city is incredible, a general shot that any photographer would be happy to portray.
The main attractions are already up, go to the Olympic Stadium and review its history, the National Museum of Art of Catalonia and the culmination is to go to the fountains and hope that it is 9 o'clock at night to enjoy a magical and incomparable choreography, where the water, and the lights move to the rhythm of classical music! It is a show worthy of any Las Vegas theater, if you go to Barcelona you can not miss it.
Gaudi and his wonders
Who has not heard of "La Sagrada Familia"? because almost nobody, is the tallest building in the city, a little higher than the Agbar tower, this cathedral was designed by the great architect Antoni Gaudi, who with his peculiar style every work done It is recognizable by the naked eye, this cathedral is under construction for more than 20 years and several more are expected for its culmination, now you can enter with guided tours for € 14 and enjoy one of the most impressive wonders in the world, just seeing it is striking for its style and originality, Gaudi is also the author of the famous Pedrera, the cathedral of Barcelona, the house batillo (which was the artist's own house), the Guell park that is also located in one of the higher areas of the city and serves to appreciate it from another point, being in this park do not forget to look for the iguana and photograph yourself with it, it is the photo that in Barcelona you can never miss.
To finish arrive at the highest point of the whole city and it is the Tibidabo, a mountain of more than 1000 mts of height and that in its summit the tibidabo church is erected with a christ in its top that resembles the redeeming Christ of Brazil , and an amusement park that when illuminating at night is visible from any point of Barcelona.
What better place to end the tour in which for me it is the most beautiful city to live, it is quiet and full of surprises in every corner you visit.
If I would come again? Without a doubt, not only to come but to stay!
