From N to S of Mumbai, you'll experience all you cannot expect from a hectic city. Train rides can be so intense! Randomly picking where to go down can make your defending system go wild, in search for a Starbucks to feed your emotions and also your cultural shock.

TWO) Now you feel more like creating your network - Go to Goa, a big family is waiting for you!
Arambol beach can be such a sweet way to conquer your Mumbai false anxiety. It's a place where you can meet so many interesting and amazing characters! Not to mention there are lots of dancing events such as Ecstatic Dance mornings and evening, Contact Improvisation jams, drumming circles and all that is good for a spirit free soul.
Also, remember to take care of your sugar intake. It's just everywhere, even if you mention that you what your pineapple juice sugar-free.
THREE) Leave your Goan family and go to a Vipassana center to finally meet yourself!
Peace is much welcomed after you've met so many souls that reflected your choices and actions on the way. All your senses will go wild in a peaceful way. That means that you will finally be recovering from a chaotic diet that people tend to have while being far from home.
Even if 10 hours a day can seem to be too much for meditation, this will make your whole system to rejuvenate and to find this practice as part of your second nature.
FOUR) Find a friend to climb Arunachala Holy Mountain with!
You are just three hours away from a sacred place, where people burn A LOT of ghee on top as part of a celebration, lightning the whole mountain on fire. It's insane!
FIVE) Learn to CELEBRATE life inside Auroville community!
Here you find so much knowledge about natural horsemanship, permaculture, natural building, and sustainability.
A whole month is not enough to check all the good social entrepreneurship ideas that are everywhere around...
Put your hand in the soil and eat the most healthy foods in India, all organic certified and biodynamic grown.
