A Road Trip to a Place We've Never Been Before

in #travel7 years ago

It was February 6 this year when me and Edsel (my boyfriend) decided to go on a road trip at his workplace's town. For this to push through, we both agreed to be absent on our individual work hehe silly huh? :D At first, I didn't really know where we're heading but come what may, unexpected things are always the best.

I rode a bus and dropped off the town's terminal. We met there and the show went on. I was also excited to have this road trip because I finally have my GoPro -- I love capturing videos so much than taking pictures. You'll get to know me better on this soon hehe

First stop was in Sta. Maria, Trento, Agusan del Sur. The place was rural type of town and is suitable for agricultural investment. There's a lot of falcata and palm oil plantation there. As observed, huge cargo trucks are more common than public vehicles. The place was peaceful and beautiful. Below is a photo of us on a pretty good view :)

We rode at roughly 10 kilometers from the national highway as far as my estimation is concerned. I felt that we're already far so we decided to return. But it didn't end there! We proceeded to another municipality which is Sta. Josefa and going there I was the one who drove the motorcycle and I am the happiest. It was our first time there and the place was much more urbanized and closer to the national highway, about 8 kilometers. However, the place is much hotter than Sta. Maria. We didn't take much time there and we U-turned since it was already almost lunch time. We headed to Hillsview to have our lunch and that's it!

The trip was so worth it especially that we get to spend time together.

Thank you for dropping by! :)
