To See. To Live. To Understand.

The project presents its self in line with the journey taken. Through Morocco, the path tread upon leads to an ever deeper level of understanding. Initially you see the surface of a culture which is new, different and in every way unique. It takes some time to pass through this stage, to do so I leave the city of Marrakech, head trough rural areas, now eager to live Morocco. Here you see the curiosity, the strive to live unique experiences, the search for authenticity, sometimes pushing the boundaries to reach new heights. The direction taken ultimately leads to an understanding of the culture, an appreciation of the people that surround you, a feeling which now directly connects you with them.

The project captures the different faces of Morocco which present themselves as the journey unfolds. Colours are a central character of the photos, the different gradients reflect the varied nature of the country explored.
