Monday Blues and Morning Rush

Monday's always be my frenemy because I always have to get up early to avoid the rush hour. But here in the Philippines it's always rush hour, eh? haha!

I have to get through the day especially at work without having a bad headche after shift. Mondays and Wednesdays always have to be the busiest days in our Outpatient Department. But at the end of your shift its very satisfying you discharged all your patients with your TLC service.
