The parish is built in stone. It has a bell tower that rises on a pillar and then adorned with several arches from which you can see several bells that touch at the same time when a mass is called; ends in a point with a cross at the top. The front is finely carved and adorned with ornaments and figures. Every January 6 there is a party in honor of the wise men in this parish, which is the main venue. The inhabitants enjoy typical food of the region, such as carnitas, tamales, morisqueta (rice with beans and salsa), birria, atole of corn grains, among other delicacies. Music and crafts are always present.
Excellent week friends of steemit!
