York Minster


The York Minster is also the Cathedral and Metropolitical Church of Saint Peter in York which is located in York. It is one of the biggest cathedrals in Europe with a width of 222 feet and a height of 524.5 feet.


There are three towers within the cathedral and the tallest tower is 235 feet. The cathedrals architecture is mainly Gothic and medieval.


The windows of York Minster are also a subject for public viewing and one of the reasons why the cathedral is famous and well-visited.

    Very beautiful architecture my friend. I just saw a similar post with a cathedral. I love seeing different ways buildings are designed including colors, shapes and dimensions. I really like how this one is so grand, it creates a very magical feel to it.
